What data we collect on this website

None. This website has no forms, does not ask you for any data and uses no analytics or advertising tools. The only thing it stores, if you choose a language, is a technical cookie that remembers which one you chose (we explain this in the cookie policy).

Like any website, the server that hosts it logs technical data about each visit (the IP address and the browser) in order to serve it and protect it from attacks. We do not use these logs to identify you.

When you call us

If you call to book, we note down your name, phone number, the day, the time and how many of you there will be, only to keep your table. We do this because you ask us to (this is the legal basis: taking steps prior to a contract, at your request) and we delete it once the booking has passed.

Who we share your data with

No one, unless the law requires it.

Your rights
